Cool off with this yummy easy smoothie. Just a few ingredients and simple enough for the kids to do, with adult supervision.
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice or white grape juice
- 1 banana halved
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- Fresh blueberries
- Crushed graham crackers
Place smoothie ingredients in a blender and place top on the blender. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add more juice, if too thin add more yogurt. Pour into cups and top with blueberries and graham cracker sand. Enjoy your beach in a glass.
