As we continue on our quest for knowledge this month, let’s make our own bookmarks to use as we study the Bible, work in your school books, or while reading novels. We’ve all seen the bookmarks you can get in stores, however making your own makes your bookmark one of a kind and uniquely yours.
You can make your bookmarks from card stock, draw, paint, or write whatever you’d like on them and add ribbon through a hole in the top. You can go to the hardware store and pick a few paint chips in your favorite color and draw or write on those, then add your favorite tassel or beads.
Whatever you choose to do, make it fit your personality, the type of books you like to read, and something that you will love to use. Then enjoy exploring the world and learning new things.
