Sometimes life gives you lemons, so make lemonade. In this recipe, the lemons represent when we withhold forgiveness. You could just hold onto these lemons, and do you know what will happen if you keep a lemon? That lemon will eventually rot and will serve no purpose. However, if you use it to make lemonade, it will serve a delicious purpose. When you forgive someone and let go of your anger, you experience relief. Be sure to say this month’s virtue definition:
Forgiveness: Deciding that someone who has wronged you doesn’t have to pay. Talk about this as you make this easy lemonade.
