Everyone is back to school and after a long day, everyone needs a snack. Take the initiative this weekend to make these delicious sweet and salty snacks. They will be ready after school every day this week. Taking a little time over the weekend can make your weekdays easier.
Ingredients: Monster Cookie Bites (No Bake)
- 2 ½ cups quick oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ⅔ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini M&M’s
- ½ teaspoon salt
Step 1: Combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Then add oats, mini M&M’s, and salt. Combine all.
Step 2: Roll into balls, about two tablespoons of the mixture for each ball. Place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Step 3: Refrigerate for one hour. Then store in an airtight container. Now you have an easy snack for after school and it will taste like you’re eating cookie dough! What a fun snack to come home to after school!
