It’s still winter, however you can start an indoor herb garden right now. You’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor in the spring, by being responsible NOW. It will take a lot of hard work and patience to grow your own herbs from seeds. As a family head to your local garden center and pick up the supplies you’ll need for a herb garden. Make a family plan of who is responsible to check on the plants and water them, taking turns and following the care instructions on each seed packet.
