Find space in your yard, at a park, sidewalk near your home or even in your living room to create a “Trust Walk”. Depending on where you choose to do your trust walk, create a simple obstacle course, one that fits the age of all family members, then you will each walk through BLINDFOLDED.
One at a time, a blindfolded family member will walk through your obstacle course. You will need to depend on the other family members to tell you where to go and what to do to get to the end of the course. Be sure to encourage one another when it gets hard remember to keep going. After everyone gets a turn, play again, change the course, and be sure to talk about what was hard. Did anyone fall down? Was it hard to get back up? How can you take what you learned in your Trust Walk and apply it to your family life?
