Returns are accepted for select defective physical products and must be received by Parent Cue within 30 days of the customer’s receipt.
Posters are not eligible for return.
Downloadable products are not eligible for return.
Please email hello@parentcuestore.org to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for all defective items being returned. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to any items returned to inventory.
